Stouch remote controls are used to control SALDA air handling units with automation version 3.0 and control the operation of various ventilation equipment using the Modbus protocol. They guarantee optimal comfortable operating conditions, monitoring and maintenance of equipment. All operations can be performed at a distance from the ventilation units using the control panel. The segment display of the Stouch control panel displays all the necessary information about possible faults and the current state of the equipment.

The Stouch control panel is supplied with: connecting cable (13 m), fastening elements and technical manual.

FLEX remote control

It was developed specifically to reveal all the flexible configuration possibilities of the compact ventilation units LESSAR V4 series. In addition to basic functions, the remote control allows you to fine-tune the ventilation unit - right down to programming PI control controllers. Due to the large number of functions, a two-level menu has been introduced. This menu can be compared to an iceberg, the top part of which is the user menu, and the bottom part is the service menu.

The user part of the menu allows you to control all basic functions: setting temperature, setting speed, reading readings from built-in and connected temperature sensors, informing the user about operational problems. The most “complex” functions in the user menu require reading step-by-step instructions from the passport. Also in the user menu, the ability to separately control the fans of the compact ventilation unit is implemented.

The service menu opens up additional options for configuring the ventilation unit by entering new adjustable parameters. The standard operating programs of the LESSAR compact ventilation unit can be adjusted in accordance with the required operating conditions. For this reason, access to the service section is limited by password.

To display all menu items and sub-items, the FLEX remote control is equipped with an informative six-line LCD display with push-button control. The FLEX remote control is ideal for engineers performing commissioning work, as well as for advanced users who want to see a full report on the operation of a compact air handling unit.

S-touch remote control

Combines: easy touch control, informative indication of operating status on the front panel and a segment display for displaying indicators of the main parameters. The new remote control not only provides comfortable operating conditions, monitoring and maintenance of compact ventilation units, but is also a new step in controlling LESSAR compacts.

The two-level S-touch menu is borrowed from its predecessor, the FLEX control panel. However, the menu has undergone significant changes. The user section now contains items: operating time of the backlight, selecting a tone when touching the touch buttons, turning temperature readings on and off, setting the maximum permissible CO2 level to enable the ventilation function (BOOST), and also indicating the time interval before replacing filters. All other functions have been moved to the “Service Menu” section.

The S-touch remote control has new internal components. Now, in addition to the connection port to the automation board of the compact ventilation unit, an eight-pin connector has been added for controlling additional equipment. You can connect to the new connector: an additional fan with an EC motor, a CO2 sensor, a differential pressure sensor (0-10 VDC). It has also become possible to directly connect to the BMS system via the ModBus RTU protocol, while monitoring the fan operation and setting up sensors can be done using a computer, on-line.
